So we're here to talk about it today. So I first want to start off with the disappointing Oscars in my opinion. I was very disappointed. I was disappointed by the Oscars. i Okay, so I was a big fan of Top Gun this year. And that shot that movie literally brought back the blockbusters. Let's be honest here like that whole industry was tanking before that movie came out. And they didn't get Jack and I'm a little upset about it. They literally got best sound and that was it. And I think they deserved a lot more actually. I don't even think they got this sound they did I looked it up. Oh, you did best sound check, check.

And we were talking about like how people like We the People need to be able to vote that instead of the academy, you know, because I think the like the outcome would have been a lot different 100% It's funny because when it came to the Grammys, I remembered my stepmother Rachel she threw a fit when bad bunny didn't get you know album

So it was just like, Yeah, at least they got a Best Album. See, but that's what I said. And even you just said this too because I would I said I'm gonna at least got something you're like it's not the same. Well, when you get this Latin album it makes sense that's different though because it's like you got sub like your album got like a full recognition in that like category like you got a best album in something but it's not like the whole thing. I think top guy and like deserved more than best sound. That's like a participation trophy. I think I think they got it right. Even though I haven't seen the movie in the only movie I have seen his Top Gun From what I've heard about everything everywhere all at once. This is this was everything shut up

Because it takes place was World War One, but it's to the German perspective. So you get to see how they all go through. I haven't got to see the new one yet. Because I wanted to see what my dad and my dad went up for me. But right but from what I remember watching in history class, the one that was before this so good. It was a really good story. It was so interesting. It takes you through all of it. Which one? Which one did that win that one Best Original Score and it also got a thin international film. Yeah, that's international feature film. And it didn't even really get I don't at least to my knowledge. It didn't come out on any do any of the theaters. It just popped up on Netflix one day? I thought it was I thought it was a fake tray that I saw one day on YouTube and then nope, ended up being a real thing. Like that horror movie. Was it Winnie the Pooh? No, that's real. That's real. That's sad that I thought like when that trailer air quotes came out, it was like and that's just like a fan Guillermo del Toro God Best Animated Feature which you know, Gilmore Girl does good movies, but he got it for Pinocchio. Oh really? No kill God beating out turning red, which was that one Disney movie I never watched. I heard that one was weird. And I'm not going into it may get canceled. Hussam boots was up for an Oscar. Yep. I wanted to see that movie that much now. Although if I'm if I remember correctly, what was it?

I don't think they've gotten any others. Well, I mean, they usually only get nominated for no like they marvel movies don't normally get nominated. And this is kind of usually getting nominated. I never see them. I think Marvel movies are underrated. Well, they don't like that. People don't why the academy doesn't like that superhero movies are doing they're not because Khadem II is a bunch of old people and they don't think superhero movies.

But Jamie Lee, Jamie Lee Curtis, we're talking about Halloween, Jamie Lee Curtis, I think well, it's also I mean, at this point, you got we're starting to get to the point where like, the Academy's gotta start giving it to the actors that have like, put in the work, right? I'm not saying that other actors haven't done it. But I think as soon as they did it for Leo, they finally gave Leo because I was so nice to them. And so it's like it gave him so it's like they gave but you got to give the man they gave the man the myth, the legend that we all loved. Indiana Jones, the kid from Indiana Jones. I'm happy for him. He's getting his flowers now because he almost gave up and his speech was amazing. I almost gave up on his dream and he this was this movie was his last few like, I was gonna like this might before I throw it away. I'm gonna do this movie. I like your support come out and give it to him. That was it. Everyone's been posting those pictures all over social media. And they did Indiana Jones together. They love they love that. They're all tragedies. Yeah. Oh, yeah. There's a lot of tragedy. They're all tragedies because you get to ride with them with for their highs and then you get hit with the lows. That's what Austin Butler did such a good job when he did Elvis and I don't think that he's mad that he lost because he still got the golden glow.
